1. Scope and data controller

This notice covers GoGrowthView's website, accounts and mobile service, a GOWEBSITESEO product. The data controller responsible for account and service operations is: Emre Geme.

2. Data we process

Account data: email address, user identifier, optional display name, and session information.
Workspace data: organization membership, project name, website address, business type, goal, and market preferences.
Measurement data: public page addresses, titles, metadata, link structure and technical findings from websites you authorize us to scan. Public pages can contain personal information. We store selected technical facts, not a permanent copy of fetched HTML.
Action data: Growth Score history, tasks, status changes, and evidence references.
Support data: your contact details, messages and the task, project and evidence details included in a service request you choose to send to GOWEBSITESEO.
Operational data: request times, IP addresses and limited request/error information used by the service and its hosting providers for security and reliability. Do not include passwords, private documents or sensitive personal information in project names, URLs or support requests.

3. Collection, purposes and legal grounds

Collection: you provide data through account, project and support forms. Our software collects scan results from the public website you submit and receives authentication, delivery and security events electronically from infrastructure providers.
Account, workspace, scan and task data: to create and operate the service you request, authenticate access and preserve your work across devices. The legal ground is necessity for entering into or performing our service agreement (Turkish Law No. 6698, Article 5(2)(c); GDPR Article 6(1)(b), where applicable). Required account or website information is necessary to provide the corresponding feature; an optional display name is not required.
Support and service requests: to answer your message or take steps toward a service you ask about, on the same contractual ground. Sending a request to the agency is optional and requires a separate action. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.
Limited security and error records: to prevent abuse, investigate failures and protect accounts, based on our legitimate interest in a secure service, subject to your rights and interests (Article 5(2)(f); GDPR Article 6(1)(f), where applicable).
Records needed to answer legally binding requests or establish, exercise or defend rights: only where the applicable obligation or claim requires them (Article 5(2)(ç) or (e); GDPR Article 6(1)(c) or (f), as applicable). This notice is information about processing; it is not a request for blanket consent.

4. Service providers and sharing

Supabase provides authentication and the application database, configured in Frankfurt, Germany. Aiven provides the background-job queue, configured in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hostinger hosts the web application, API and worker and delivers account and service emails. When you send an agency request, its contact and task details are delivered to GOWEBSITESEO's Gmail inbox. Authorized members of your workspace can access project information according to their roles. Authorities receive information only when a valid legal requirement applies. We do not sell personal data or use it to build advertising audiences. Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads, external AI processing, PageSpeed and Sentry are not enabled in this initial release. We will update this notice before introducing materially different processing.

The configured infrastructure involves processing outside Türkiye. Provider support, email routing and subprocessors may also process information in other countries; the listed database and queue regions are not a guarantee that every copy stays there. Contact us for information about recipients and applicable transfer arrangements. This notice does not itself constitute consent to an international transfer or a contractual transfer safeguard.

5. Retention and account deletion

Account and project records remain available while your account and projects are active, until you delete them or the purpose for retaining them ends. Use Profile or the Delete my account page to request deletion. Application records are removed and identity deletion is completed through a background queue; it may not finish instantly. Shared workspaces can require an ownership or membership change first. Closing your account does not automatically recall an email already delivered to the agency: include those messages in a privacy request if you want them reviewed for deletion.

Support correspondence is retained while the request and any resulting service are being handled. A limited record may be retained afterward only for an applicable legal obligation or unresolved claim, for as long as that obligation or claim requires. Operational logs, queue records and provider backups follow their operational lifecycle and may expire later than live application data. Retention depends on the purpose, any unresolved incident or dispute, and applicable legal requirements; deletion is not represented as immediate removal from every provider backup. 6. Your choices and rights

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may ask whether we process your personal data, request information about that processing, its purpose and recipients in Türkiye or abroad, seek correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, request erasure or destruction where the legal conditions are met and notification of correction or erasure to recipients, object to an adverse result based exclusively on automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Where GDPR applies, you may also have rights of access, restriction, portability, erasure and objection, and may complain to the competent supervisory authority. Any future consent-based processing can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. Growth Score assesses a website; we do not use it to make legally significant decisions about individuals.

Email the contact below from your registered address or write to the controller's postal address, stating your request and enough information to locate the relevant records. We may request proportionate identity verification; never send your password. KVKK requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days. Other applicable statutory deadlines apply where relevant. If a request is refused or cannot be fully fulfilled, we explain why and any available complaint route. Your right to apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board remains available subject to the statutory procedure.

7. Security, cookies and device storage

The web app uses necessary browser local storage to maintain your sign-in session; mobile sessions use the device's secure storage. These are used for account access, not advertising tracking. You can sign out and clear browser storage, which may require you to sign in again. We do not run advertising cookies or optional audience-measurement trackers in this release. Hosting providers may process technical connection and security information. We use encrypted connections, restricted infrastructure access and server-side checks of project and organization permissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; report suspected misuse through our contact below.

8. Children, changes, and language

GoGrowthView is intended for adults using it for business or professional purposes. If a child's personal data has been submitted, contact us so we can assess and remove it where appropriate. Material changes to this notice will be communicated through the website, app or account email before the new processing begins where required. The effective date identifies this version. English and Turkish versions explain the same service; neither language removes mandatory rights under applicable law.
