These terms explain what you may use GoGrowthView for and how its measurements and recommendations should be evaluated.

1. Service operator
GoGrowthView is a GOWEBSITESEO product. The party providing the service is: Emre Geme.

2. Accounts and acceptable use
- Create an account only if you are an adult with the capacity to enter this agreement. If acting for a business, you must be authorized to do so. Review these terms before selecting Create account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and current and for protecting your sign-in credentials.
- You may add only websites that you own or are authorized to scan and assess.
- You may not use the service to bypass security, access private networks, obtain another party's data, overload the system, or pursue an unlawful purpose.
- Organization administrators may manage team access to projects. Viewer roles cannot make changes.
3. Service scope and fees
The service provides accounts, projects, bounded public-website scans, a rule-based Growth Score, prioritized tasks, a limited public analysis tool and optional read-only Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads reporting. A scan is a point-in-time sample and may not cover every page; it is not a security certification or complete compliance audit. Unconnected sources are marked unavailable, not zero performance. External AI integration is not included in this release. The current product has no paid subscription or in-app billing. Any future paid plan requires pricing and purchase terms to be presented separately before you agree to pay. Requesting help from GOWEBSITESEO does not place a paid order: scope, price and any agency agreement are arranged separately.
4. Results and professional decisions
Findings support decisions and can be incomplete or contain errors. GoGrowthView does not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions or revenue. Review recommendations in the context of your website, brand, industry and obligations, and keep appropriate backups before making changes yourself. The service does not automatically edit your website or manage advertising budgets. We take reasonable care to provide and maintain the service; no uptime or response-time guarantee is offered in this MVP. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer and personal-data rights.
5. Third-party services
Authentication, data storage, hosting, email and job processing use the providers described in our Privacy policy. An outage may delay access, a scan or an email. We may apply proportionate capacity and abuse-prevention limits to keep the service usable. A future optional integration will explain its permissions before connection. It will not be connected merely because you created an account.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in your website and submitted information. You authorize us to process that information only to provide the requested service, subject to the Privacy policy. You may use your project's findings and tasks in your own business. The service interface, software and branding remain subject to their respective holders' rights; no registered-trademark status is asserted here. Do not copy or resell protected service materials without permission, or bypass security safeguards. Exceptions and rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict remain unaffected.
7. Closing your account and deleting data
You may stop using the service and close your account from Profile or the Delete my account page. Shared workspaces you own may require an ownership or membership change first. Deletion and any limited retention are explained in the Privacy policy. We may restrict access proportionately for unlawful use, abuse or an immediate security risk. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support to contest a restriction; urgent protective action may be taken first. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable and explain how to request your data before closure. These actions do not remove statutory data rights.
8. Changes, disputes and governing law
We will announce material changes through the website, app or account email with an effective date and seek renewed acceptance where required. They do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Contact us first if you have a concern. The governing law is: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku.
This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections applicable in your country of habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before courts, consumer bodies or other authorities competent under applicable law; this agreement does not impose an exclusive court that overrides those rights. Both English and Turkish versions are provided; any difference is interpreted consistently with mandatory law.
